Had to stop running for three weeks as Cata had a sprained toe that wouldn’t heal! Finally back to working out!!

Rain helped us run at a faster pace this morning!! We stretched our muscles a bit afterwards and had a good laugh as we’re realizing that we’re no longer that flexible 👵🏻. The best part is we were in good company 👶🏼!!

It has been a while since we last worked out together. The pandemic has brought us some good and some challenging situations but amongst the good ones is being able to work out together again and bond as sisters. We started this CorrFit project years ago with the intention to motivate people to work out by showing them how fit anyone could become with consistency and discipline. However, personal life events such as becoming moms, having different work schedules, etc, have limited us to commit to a schedule where we can both work out together. We might even weigh more now than when we started this project but weight loss is not the only reason why we do this. It’s about having some time for ourselves to disconnect, to enjoy the beauty of Miami Beach and to continue living a healthy lifestyle. So here we are again, today, reconnecting as sisters and celebrating our return to CorrFit together. And who knows... one day we may end up reaching our ideal body weight!
