No I’m definitely not a IFBB pro so yeah I do need to work on my posing. 😂 but I’ve been extremely busy lately moving from home and into a new a better town. It’s such an adjustment for me not really knowing anyone and my friends and family being far away. I’m really starting to feel comfortable with everything as I settle in. I miss having free time In the gym and feeling like I have the whole day to flex and pose in the mirror but now I just get in and get out. I’m focused on improving my muscle mass and adding a little more weight I’m currently at 178 pounds feeling good! I can’t wait to have a little more spare time I know I’ve been MIA but I really want to start creating some really good content. Stay tuned 😴

I took the 100 pound dumbbells for a spin on incline not the greatest form as you can tell and I’ve definitely got these up way more than 4 times but I never really share the things I fail at or lack in. I’ve worked my ass off 6+ days a week for almost the last two years. All natural never any testosterone boosters, any anabolic steroids, or any other type of illegal substances used for lifting. Just taking advantage of my body’s natural genetics. Every week I shock myself on how much I’ve grown and how determined and motivated I am. I’m in the point in my life where I’m no longer concerned what other people think of me or anything. I’ve stayed focus and regardless if my social media is annoying or not It is my own personal portfolio. Its my own visual representation. I promise you if I can change my body, my mind, and my lifestyle I know you can too! Weights work. Nutrition works. Meditation and yoga works! You just have to tap into a different you and keep grinding. If you want something you never had you have to go do something you’ve never done! 💪🏽🔥👏🏼💯
