It was a deep sense of connection not only to Yoga, but with herself, through intense Yoga practice, which brought Bradél to Indonesia where she completed her 500-hour Yoga Teacher Training. In Indonesia, Bradél immersed herself in the study of Hatha Vinyasa, in one of the most ancient lineages; Sri Vidya, as well as Advaita Vedanta. ent of ancient practices into a flowing Hatha Vinyasa sequence that includes emphasis on alignment joined with Bandhas, Mudras and Meditation. Teaching from a place of selfless devotion, Bradél is committed to holding a sacred space with presence so that students may embark on a journey of internal exploration and self connection.
