🤍Something you for sure don’t know about me:

I used to be one of the most self-conscious people in the room. I grew into puberty an overweight kid. (Think 90’s fast food life with zero exercise 😅) My mom decided to put me on the Atkins diet when I was 11, and although I didn’t keep the weight off, I did develop a terrible relationship with food that lasted through to my late twenties. I detested exercise, mainly because I thought exercise was walking or running on a treadmill 🥵

BUT I always knew I could do better. I would be super hard on myself because deep down I always knew if other people were living healthier more energetic lives, there had to be a way for me to change too.

It took a long time for me to admit I needed help to get in the shape that I wanted to, but the day I did, my life changed completely.

If I can give you any advice today, Take ownership of your life. It’s all on you to invest in you. No one is coming to save you. Only you can call out for help, and only you can take care of yourself 🤍🙏
