I DID IT! After months of rigorous training and dieting, literal blood, sweat, and tears. We stepped on stage for the first time and brought our best this passed weekend at the in Tampa. I was placed 4th in Both categories stacked with some really good physique competitors, congratulations! thank you for putting on such an amazing show!
I Thank God for this opportunity he has given me ! And to show the world how setting a GOAL AND WORKING TOWARDS IT CAN BE VERY REWARDING. This was merely a thought 3 years ago and there was a lot of work that needed to get done from that time till now. This journey was not been an easy one, but I persevered.
No man is an island. So with the help of countless amazing individuals who cheered me on, helped me stay on track, and keep a sound mind. I love you all, This is for you too!

Itâs a great lower-body strength exercise that emphasizes the muscles of the inner thigh, as well as the glutes, quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, and calves.
đŚžPlace both hands on the bar in an overhand grip (palms facing away from your body) slightly wider than your shoulders. Standing underneath the bar with it resting on your shoulders, plant both feet on the floor further than shoulder-width apart. Point both feet slightly outward.

Have you tried the Underhand front raises to target the upper chest? Itâs a great way to finish your chest routine with that pump.
Start with the dumbbells away from the body at the bottom position, then raise the towards the middle slightly above your chest and squeeze to effectively target the upper chest.
