Comment TEMPLE and I’ll send you the training I use to get my clients summer ready.

Everyone overcomplicates fat loss.

They jump from diet to diet, cut out entire food groups, and start over every Monday, then wonder why nothing ever sticks.

The truth is so much simpler than that.

You don’t need 50 different meals.

You need a handful of bowls you actually enjoy, hitting the right protein and the right calories, that you can rotate without thinking about it.

That’s it.

When eating gets simple, staying consistent gets easy.

And consistency is the only thing that’s ever changed a body.

These five bowls take the guesswork out completely.

Rotate them for the next six weeks and let the results speak for themselves.

Imagine pulling your shirt off at the lake without scanning the room first.

Catching your reflection walking past a store window and doing a double take instead of looking away.

Putting on the outfit you actually want this summer instead of the one that hides the most.

Someone you haven’t seen in months stopping mid sentence to ask what you’ve been doing.

Six weeks from now is coming either way.

You can either be the same, or be unrecognizable.

Once you start writing down your tasks, I promise you’ll never procrastinate again 🤝

DM me “LWM” if you’re ready for 1 on 1 coaching that gives you the energy and discipline you’ve been chasing for years.

Hannah is down 15 pounds and the energy she came to me for is finally here.

But the win that means the most to her isn’t the scale.

It’s the discipline she built along the way.

She used to have no structure around food, now she knows exactly what her week looks like before it even starts.

Her words: “I want to show up in the mirror and say that’s discipline. That would be a lot of self respect for me.”

That’s the part nobody talks about. The body changes, but the self respect is what actually lasts.

Imagine waking up with energy that carries you through the whole day.

Knowing exactly what you’re eating before the week even starts.

Looking in the mirror and respecting the person looking back because you know what it took.

That’s what’s waiting on the other side.

Comment TEMPLE and I’ll send you my guide on becoming the version of you people actually trust.

Your body is talking before you ever open your mouth.

Picture a doctor telling you to trust him on your health while he’s clearly not taking care of his own.

A dad saying he can keep up with his kids while he’s winded after five minutes in the yard.

A leader telling a room he’ll lead them while he can’t even lead himself to the gym.

A man standing in church saying he values the temple God gave him while he’s slowly running it into the ground.

Same words.

Completely different believability.

Because people don’t just hear what you say.

They watch whether your life actually backs it up.

Your body is either the proof of your words or the thing quietly exposing them.

I learned this the hard way.

I used to preach discipline and purpose while my own habits told a different story.

I talked about honoring God while neglecting the one body He trusted me with.

Then God broke me out of that mindset and showed me the truth.

You can’t call people higher than you’re willing to go yourself.

The most powerful thing a man can do is become living proof of the words he speaks.

If you’re reading this, this is your sign to close the gap between what you say and how you live.

Imagine being the dad whose kids never doubt he can catch them because they’ve seen him move.

The leader people follow without question because your discipline speaks before you do.

The man who can say he honors the temple God gave him and have his life prove it.

The person whose word carries weight because everything about you backs it up.

Same words everyone else is saying.

Become the one people actually believe.

If you win your mornings, you win your whole day 💪🏽✝️

DM me “LWM” if you want the gym to start fueling your work the way it’s fueling Won’s.

Won is less than three weeks in and the gym is already changing how he shows up at work.

He used to show up to the office drained before the day even started, leaning on caffeine just to drag himself to the finish line.

Now he’s hitting PRs every workout and that mentality is carrying straight into his work.

He went from middle of the pack to number one in activity this week for the first time since October.

His logic is simple. If he can hit a PR on the bench, he can hit a PR on the phone.

His words: “By the time I’m six months in, I’m going to be a completely different animal.”

Imagine walking into the office Monday morning already sharp because you hit the gym before anyone else was awake.

Outperforming people you’ve been behind for months because your focus isn’t crashing by lunch anymore.

Closing deals with a confidence people can feel through the phone because you know you follow through on everything.

Your coworkers asking what changed about you because the shift is visible before you even explain it.

That’s what’s waiting on the other side.

I know some of these answers might hurt, and that’s the point 😉

Comment TEMPLE and I’ll send you my training on building a faith-rooted fitness routine that actually fits your life.

When I got serious about God, my whole life changed.

Not just my faith. My body, my discipline, my energy, my relationships, all of it.

Here’s what actually shifted.

I started giving God the first hour instead of my leftovers, and somehow I make it to the afternoon without the crash that used to wreck my whole day.

I started keeping the small promises I made to myself, the workout I skipped, the bedtime I blew past, and for the first time in years I actually trust my own word again.

I started training even when I didn’t feel like it instead of waiting to feel motivated.

I started feeding my spirit daily instead of only opening my Bible when I was already in trouble, and now my workouts feel like worship instead of one more box to check.

And I stopped trying to do it all alone, so I walk with people who hold me to a standard and the progress finally sticks.

None of these are complicated.

They’re just the things you start doing when you stop separating your faith from the rest of your life.

If you’re reading this and you feel that pull to finally get serious, this is your sign.

Imagine waking up with energy that lasts all day because you put first things first.

Trusting yourself again because you actually do what you say you’re going to do.

Catching your reflection and being proud instead of disappointed.

Training, eating, and living like it all matters to God, because it does.

Comment TEMPLE and I’ll show you how to build the same faith and fitness routine for yourself.

Comment TEMPLE and I’ll send you my training on building the kind of strength that actually makes you the man your family needs.

Being fit isn’t vanity when you’re a dad.

It’s part of the job.

Nobody tells you that the day your kid is being chased by a dog, your bench press and your conditioning suddenly matter more than they ever did in the mirror.

In that moment your kid doesn’t need a dad who looks good in a shirt.

They need a dad who can move.

A dad who can close the gap, scoop them up, and put himself between his child and whatever is coming at them.

That’s what strength is actually for.

I see so many men treat fitness like it’s about ego, like it’s about abs and attention and how they look on camera.

Then God flipped it for me.

Your body isn’t a trophy.

It’s a tool you were given to protect and provide for the people who depend on you.

The strongest thing a man can do is build a body that’s ready when his family needs it, not just one that looks good when nobody does.

If you’re a dad reading this, picture it.

Being the one who sprints across the yard to scare off the dog before it ever reaches your kid.

Catching your child mid fall because your reflexes and your body actually showed up when it counted.

Carrying a tired kid on each arm out of the park without your back screaming at you the whole way.

Chasing your son down before he ever makes it to the street because you trained for the moment you prayed would never come.

Being the dad your kids feel safe around because they can feel that you’re capable.

Your kids won’t remember how lean you were.

They’ll remember that you were there, strong enough to protect them when it mattered.

Train like their safety depends on it.

Because one day it might.
