The BARE Founding Cohort.

This January, we're opening our first 100-hour Mat Pilates Teacher Training in Miami, led by Noël Murray. Four weekends at Ironside Miami: January 9–10, 16–17, 23–24 and 30–31. Classical Mat repertoire, anatomy and alignment, cueing and methodology, and supervised teaching practice.

For women who love Pilates, whether you want to teach, build something of your own, or understand the method deeply. 20 spots. Early Bird is held through October 31, with a four-payment option.
