🇺🇸 On Mother’s Day, I honor far more than a woman. I honor an entire lineage.

In the systemic view, every mother carries within herself the strength of many women who came before: grandmothers, great-grandmothers, ancestors who, through their pain, courage, choices, and resilience, made our life possible.

To receive our mother in our heart is also to receive the strength of our origin. It is to recognize that through her, we inherit not only life… but also deep inner resources.

From my mother, I inherit courage.
I inherit determination.
I inherit strength.

And by recognizing this with gratitude, I strengthen who I am and also what I pass forward.

Today, I celebrate my mother, my ancestors, and all the women who sustained, transformed, and opened paths.

Because when we honor our lineage, we access a strength greater than ourselves.

On Yom Kippur, we acknowledge where we’ve missed the mark and open space to begin again.

It’s a reminder that imperfection is part of being human—and that growth comes when we realign with what we value most.
