We are not supposed to impose our preconceived ideas of who they are and what they can be. We just need to assist them on their journey.

Healthy Kids Running Series was created to introduce children to physical activity. As more children adopt a sedentary lifestyle it is important we keep them active.

Races are held every Sunday from 2:30-3:30 at Little Haiti Soccer Park in Miami until November 17th. You can sign your children up for the remaining races on the website.

The event will take place Sunday, Oct 20th from 2:30-3:30 as well as the following 4 Sundays at Little Haiti Soccer Park. The races are for children ages 2-14. This a wonderful family event which introduces children to physical activity. Come join us as we look to bring this fantastic event to the community.

Improving fitness for children doesn’t have to be complicated but it should be fun. A simple game of wall ball with a beach develops the connection between the brain and body. Also, children should NOT be trained like adults. They should be challenged, guided and directed so they learn how important play, movement & being active are to their future selves.
