🇧🇷 🇺🇸 Hoje tive a honra de lutar o Mundial. Acordei e pedi a Deus para que eu terminasse com orgulho, com honra, sem dúvidas e sem a sensação de que estava faltando algo. E mais uma vez, Deus me honrou.

Acredito que lutei bem dentro da preparação que consegui fazer e dei o meu máximo. Não deixo aqui desculpas ou histórias tristes — a vida é feita de ciclos, e acredito que o ciclo das competições chegou ao fim pra mim hoje.

Sou profundamente grato a todos pelo apoio nessa caminhada. Essa não é uma decisão baseada em emoção, mas em razão. Entreguei o que sempre preguei: lutar até o fim!

Não me despeço ganhando um título, mas me despeço com a certeza de que nunca foi apenas pela medalha. O que sempre me motivou foram as batalhas nos tatames, e isso levarei comigo para sempre.

Agora é hora de focar mais na família, nos negócios e na nossa equipe. Tem muita coisa boa acontecendo e, mais uma vez, agradeço de coração a todos vocês por estarem comigo nessa jornada. 🇺🇸 Today I had the honor of fighting at the Worlds. I woke up and prayed to God to let me finish with pride, with honor, without doubts, and without the feeling that something was missing. And once again, God honored me.

I believe I fought well with the preparation I had, and I gave my very best. I leave no excuses and no sad story — life is made of cycles, and I believe my competition cycle came to an end today.

I’m deeply grateful for all the support throughout this journey. This is not a decision made out of emotion, but out of reason. I delivered what I’ve always preached: fight until the end!

I didn’t say goodbye winning a title, but I say goodbye with the certainty that it was never about the medal. What always motivated me were the battles on the mats, and that will stay with me forever.

Now it’s time to focus more on my family, my business, and our team. There are many good things ahead, and once again, thank you all for being part of this journey with me.
