Christmas in America is certainly an wonderful time of the year🧑‍🎄

Despite palms and ocean, I feel a very Dickensian Christmas spirit. And in obedience to it, I greet my relatives, friends, partners, and clients, far and near🥳

It's so great to have someone to celebrate the holiday with, to exchange gifts, and to have a great time! Merry Christmas!

You can't grow healthy children without sport😐 My generation was still smashing that statement. We played computer games, of course, but there was also a lot of entertainment outdoors, practically all year round.

And the generation Alpha kids were not so lucky in this sense. Without more regular physical activity there was no chance to develop enough muscle strength to properly support their growing and heavier bones.

Not pumping the heart to supply oxygen to every cell in the body. And, finally, not to peacefully release the enormous store of energy that is in every child. It is she who prevents children to concentrate on lessons, relax and recover.

In general, if your child is not already doing any physical activity - immediately fix it. And if you suddenly live in Miami, bring him to me😎

Children can do more!

Often children are treated as weaker than adults. I see it differently. Sometimes children are more goal-oriented and focused. Their bodies are more malleable and results can be achieved faster.

And most importantly, a harmonious sport in childhood is a protection against many health problems almost for life. If you maintain a given vector of development.

If a child perceives physical activity as a game, it is interesting and fun for him, then there is no need to persuade him to do it. This is one of my goals when working with children.

Bring children to an introductory lesson without payment and let them tell you their impressions after the training😉

Часто к детям относятся как более слабым в сравнении со взрослыми. Я вижу иначе. Порой дети более целеустремленные и сконцентрированные. Их тела пластичнее, а результатов можно достичь быстрее.

И главное, гармоничный спорт в детстве — это защита от многих проблем со здоровьем практически на всю жизнь. Если поддерживать заданный вектор развития.

Если ребёнок воспринимает физическую активность как игру, ему интересно и весело, то не надо будет уговаривать его на занятия. А это и есть одна из моих целей при работе с детьми.

Приводите детей на ознакомительное занятие без оплаты и пусть они сами расскажут свои впечатления после тренировки😉

The sport I've been involved in most part of my life is the best.

Why do you need a personal coach?

Drink milk, kids! And not just the kids🥛

Milk is one of the foods that periodically gets on the blacklists of health-conscious eaters. Lactose deficiency is not common in the population.

If your ancestors are from regions where milk was part of the dietary culture, your chances of getting this diagnosis are no more than 9%.

Studies have proven that only very high doses of milk (more than a liter a day) can be detrimental to your health. But common milk substitutes are not as harmless and safe as they want to seem. Many of them have a strange and definitely unhealthy composition.

Cow's milk is an excellent source of protein, calcium, and nutritionally important elements such as vitamin B12 and iodine. It contains magnesium, needed for bone development and muscle function, whey, and casein (phosphoprotein), which has been found to play a role in lowering blood pressure.

In the U.S., cow's milk is additionally fortified with vitamin D and that too is great for preventing deficiency of this crucial substance.

Unless you are on a special diet and there are no doctor's restrictions, there is no reason to exclude this product from your diet.

Boxing as a way of life✊

Together with the World Boxing Champion we announce super effective training for everyone.

Every Saturday we train on the beach at 8 am. Muscle Beach location.

We are recruiting groups for boxing and general physical development.

From 8 to 100 years. Work out the training tactics for each age group.

Professional coaches, a well-thought-out plan for each workout and worked out a strategy for the entire process will help the harmonious development, getting fast and steady results.

Boxing increases self-confidence, helps to gain physical and psychological strength. Reduces the level of aggression in everyday life.

Develops muscle mass in children and adolescents and stops the natural loss of muscles in the elderly.

Thanks to training there is a uniform load on the whole body - arms, legs, torso. It increases the speed of reaction and works out all the muscles. Training is also good for the cardiovascular system, bones and joints.

Today's kids need wrestling! Yes, and girls too!

I'm 100% sure. Hyperactivity, stress, emotional excitement - all this is perfectly corrected by group wrestling classes. Dexterity, strength and confidence grow. Children begin to believe in themselves, their character becomes more holistic.

The kid learns to master his/her body, sets goals, achieves results. Learns the tactics and strategy of wrestling, learns the psychology of opponents.

It's also an excellent all-round physical training and prevention of physical inactivity. Well and just positively spent time in the team of motivated like-minded people under my leadership.
