Through hours of therapy, I learned how to approach some really tough times in my life. It has shown me so much growth and it has given me the head space to enjoy moments I previously wouldnβt have enjoyed. As you work through approaching tough moments, learn mechanisms to keep your peace.
There will always be ups & downs, but it is up to us to choose how we face the things that happen.
Remember, they are not happening to you, they are happening FOR you.π¦

Adventures can be near or far as long as you are β¨PRESENT β¨ We get so busy working that we forget about living. Go somewhere you've never been before. There is a type of journaling I do called "Mind Dumping"βπ½ I write down all my thoughts, feelings, ideas, and anything else that comes in mind before bed allowing me to release all the emotions built up throughout the day. Life changing secret: Moving when it makes you feel good and not forcing movement on days you feel exhausted β‘οΈIt is beneficial to move daily but not at the expense of your health! Of course, there are days when we don't feel like moving, and that's okay. What matters here is recognizing what your body is telling you.
