Curtis Williams, Owner of Training C.A.M.P. is a premier sports performance coach in Los Angeles and nationwide. (2012)
He was an active player in the NFL from 2005-2007, playing for the Baltimore Ravens, New York Giants, New York Jets. Curtis currently works with a wide range of athletes as well as clientele simply looking to improve their health and fitness. He has over 8 years in the sports performance field to add to his resume as a former NFL athlete and the first Director of Strength & Conditioning at New York University.

PURPOSE // It’s not magic it’s science… we shouldn’t have to live with pain and I do my best to put my people in position not to ever have to. My exercises aren’t cool or meant to impress you, but simply to show progressions and what’s possible with people that aren’t necessarily looking to be pro athletes haha. When we stop being amazed by the back flipping and Instagram antics “trainers” are doing for likes and entertainment, we’ll get back to what really matters. We’re in a service industry that should be about helping people not fuel are egos or chase likes, and that’s the lane I’m staying in. P.S. - stop sending me shirtless dudes jumping around doing dumb exercises, it insults me and what I’m about.

I’m glad I love what I do, because most of this sh*t is a lot of smoke and mirrors. A bunch of ego feeding cornballs pushing fake inspiration and soft porn…none of the workouts make sense, they just use 2 big words in a row to sound smart to dumb people. I can tell it’s some of y’all’s first opportunity in life to finally get attention. I 👏🏾 said 👏🏾 what 👏🏾 I 👏🏾 said. 🤷🏽♂️
