One of my Top Priorities for 2016!!! Don't label me as a Meat Eater, Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescatarian, or whatever other labels you guys love to tag and divide yourself with. I just want to give my body more of the earth's most minimal processed and best fuels. So I may dibble or dabble on occasional junk (cus I'm human, so don't act surprised in the streets if you see me enjoying a Cinnabon or whatever), but I'm going to take the time to experience more wholesome and nutritious filled foods. Hope you guys think about doing the same. Everyone is focusing on losing weight, when the real Issue lies in minimizing the C.R.A.P! π€
Day 1-6 with Day 7 as a bonus!

Started a 30 day Yoga Journey with a dear friend and wanted to share with you all! The suggestion is to try each pose for the specified day of the month. If you're like me some days are combined when missed π, but at least u got it done. Only try pose you know u can handle. For poses you aren't able to do substitute for one of the earlier poses you were able to do and work on perfecting it for a long time. Each pose 2-3 sets for 10-30sec ... Today is day 6, so catch up πͺπΎ... Get Flexible! Have Fun! Be Safe!

Cashew sauce is a great alternative to Alfredo as it is rich in protein and a much healthier choice than the original. Here's the recipe:
β’ 1 cup of raw cashews soaked for at least 4 hrs in water
β’ 1/4 cup of filtered water
β’ 2 Tablespoon of lemon juice ( I used a half of lemon, because I wanted a little more tangy taste)
β’ 2 tablespoon of white vinegar or Apple Cidar Vinegar ( I used Apple Cidar Vinegar
β’ 1/4 cup of nutritional yeast ( you'll have to search for this item, found it at Nutrition Smart food market. Trader Joes does not have it and can't remember if whole food does)β¦ This helps to give the cashew loads of extra flavor! It's the key item!!!!
β’ 1-2 cloves of garlic (or garlic powder, judge on your own I will guess around a tablespoon)
β’ 1/4 of small onion (or guessing around 1 tablespoon of powdered )
β’ 1/2 tsp of Salt for taste ( I used Tony's Creole seasoning my absolute Fav of all time. I'm ole school when it comes to seasoning so not sure how much I used, went by taste.)
Place all items in a high powered blender. I've used a Vitamix and a Ninja and they've both done a great job, however, I prefer the Vitamix. Once all ingredients are loaded then mix away. Depending on thickness have some extra water near by or even almond milk to help thin it. Be careful, it's not suppose to be runny. A nice creamy balance is the key. Let me know if you've tried it. Good Luck!
Wanted to share yesterday's Snapchat which details what I had for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Enjoy!
