I changed my body composition and I weight the same
⬅️Right side Lean without muscles
➡️Left Side Lean with muscles

Right side just eating in a caloric deficit
Left side eating more calories and lifting weights

I went to the mall and a few women came to me asking about my outfit and what I do in order to have my Fitness shape. I just answered that I’m consistent with my Nutrition even eating out sometimes with good options and my workouts, they got surprised with the “brand” of my outfit (very cheap btw)😜 but beautiful and desirable because what they actually looked at was the overview of my look, my shape created an illusion to wish my dress 👗 even wearing something so simple.

Moral of the story: You can look pretty and attractive when you are “in shape”what really makes you look great is your body, your confidence in wearing something you like and how beautiful you feel, your self esteem and your mental health working together makes you happy, healthy and desirable!

For all questions about Armando👇🏼Since November 7th 2022, Armando has been suffering with lower back pain. He discovered his herniated disc had returned since he already had it as a teenager when he used to play soccer as a professional player and he developed hernia at a very young age. Ok until there is fine, nothing bad but even being bad he was taking care of his herniated discs.

Once he started getting strong shots 💉 on his lower back to relieve the constant pain, he discovered that he wasn’t getting well with all anti-inflammatories that he was taken m, because the drugs weren't working.

After an Epidural injection 💉 he was unable to get out of bed staying laying down for about 5 days in a row, he was thinking the shots could be working on that week but day by day it got worse.

He came to the emergency room and they discovered he had infection in his lower back and also in his middle back caused throughout by the injections located in your back and that’s why the anti inflammatories/injections weren’t working at all.

Because of that inflammation, his nerve got even pinched making his movements difficult with a lot of spasms and constant pain.

Now the doctors said that he will be hospitalized for at least 1 or 2 weeks to see if the antibiotics will kill the bacteria and if the case gets even worse he needs to have a surgery and new treatments for the bacteria not to be spread to other organs like the heart, brain and so on…

We are waiting until the next exams tomorrow and observation in his case with FAITH in GOD🙏🏼 our Lord ☝🏻with a lot of prayers.
