Still taking this one in đ¤
Our first Miami Leaders Luncheon on the road to LA28, hosted at Miami Yacht Club, was exactly what I hoped for. A room of people who care deeply about this city and whatâs possible when we show up for each other.
From local leaders to friends across the maritime and business communities, it meant a lot to bring everyone together around this journey and share a glimpse of what it really takes to get to the Olympic stage.
A special thank you to Mayor Daniella Levine Cava for the incredible honor of a recognition award. It truly meant so much.
Grateful for the conversations, the support, and the momentum weâre building together. This is just the beginning. ⨠miamiyachtclub teamusa

Can we please retire the phrase âjuggling it allâ?
Itâs a question women hear all the time: How are you juggling it all? Usually itâs asked when someone is building a career, raising children, and pursuing ambitious goals at the same time. But the framing itself has always felt a little off to me.
The word juggling makes serious work sound playful, almost like a performance. Training at an elite level, building a career, managing a household, and raising kids arenât circus tricks. Theyâre long-term commitments that require planning, endurance, and discipline.
Whatâs interesting is that when men operate at this level of responsibility, the language tends to be different. We describe them as focused, driven, or dedicated. We rarely talk about their lives as a balancing act that could collapse at any moment.
The metaphor itself also suggests instability, as if everyone is watching and waiting for a ball to drop. But high-performing women arenât operating on luck or reflex. Most of the time weâre building systems, making deliberate decisions about where our energy goes, and adjusting constantly as life evolves.
From the outside, a life that includes motherhood, ambition, partnership, and leadership can look overwhelming. In reality, it often reflects clarity about values, careful prioritization, and intentional design.
So maybe the story isnât about âjuggling it all.â Maybe itâs about building a life where multiple roles can exist at once, supported by systems, thoughtful priorities, and better structures.
What looks from the outside like chaos is often just a series of intentional choices being made in real time.
And none of that is a circus act.

New baby. New teammate. New Olympic run.
Iâm beyond excited to officially launch a LA 2028 campaign with Hoel Menard. From Richmond + StFYC to Coral Reef YC and MYC â our clubs, families, and communities built this foundation, and now weâre taking it all the way to a home Olympics in 2028.
Grateful for every person whoâs supported this journey so far â youâre part of this boat too. Hope you will buckle up and enjoy the next part of this ride!

Life lately. Sweet and full and authentic. Miami is hot and windy. Rocky is so big and squishy. Iren loves being a brother and wants to grow up to be a paleontologist geologist volcanologist (no I am not exaggerating). Sometimes having two kids makes me feel tired but our wonderful nanny Lissett has this house running like a well oiled machine. I am focused on S&C and the building blocks to LA 2028 (woohoo!!) Emmett is healing, and also producing the most beautiful body of work for Basel 2025. Sharing moments with my family and friends in this season of life has been so deeply fulfilling đ

Rocky Moon Moore made his surprise debut on June 23rd in Erie, PAâ6 pounds, 6 weeks early, and very far from home in Miami!
What started as a quick trip to visit my best friend turned into 4 weeks in the hospital, a NICU stay, and an unforgettable chapter in our story.
Six weeks later, weâre finally back home in Miami, safe, sound, and soaking up every minute with our two sweet boys.

One of my favorite photos from the 2024 Olympic Games. On the edge and in the moment.
10 years after leaving my desk job and making sailing my career I earned the right to compete on the biggest stage in the world. Proud of that work and eager to see all that comes next!
