6 mistakes that kept me fat:
1. Counting steps and not calories.
I always knew how much I walk, but I didn’t know how much I ate , steps doesn’t burn fat calorie deficit does.
2. I tried to over eat my protein .
You don’t need to eat more than 1 g per body pound overload your boating won’t make you slimmer or more muscular.
3. I didn’t eat carbs.
I always try to hold on as long as I can without eating carbs and ended out exploding on the fridge. Every few days carbs are not the enemy. They are us our source of energy.
4. I killed my week with the weekend.
I kept all five days of the week but two days I didn’t prevent myself from eating nothing and I ended up refilling the calories from the weekdays
5. I wasn’t patient.
I thought after one month I should already see visible abs. I was damn wrong and that killed my motivation and my mentality keep your goals realistic.
6. I trained without the program.
I used to do a lot of bu****it. I saw on Instagram from influencers who is posting sh*tty workouts and things they never did before only to make the video go viral. (most of them are steroids anyway.) when all I needed is a program who someone will build to my physique
