Last night was Special ❤️
My little Canes brother was inducted into the University of Miami Sports Hall of Fame and I got to share this special moment with him, his family, old teammates and our chosen home- The U.

So incredibly proud of Sam and his journey and forever grateful to be a part of the amazing UM Diving legacy. We all bleed orange and green 🧡💚 and are forever connected through the amazing memories we made competing over our young adult lives both collegiately and internationally.

As Sam put it in his acceptance speech last night, The University of Miami pool deck is a magical place created by amazing coaches Randy, and .ramirez that elevated us to our full potential. I am forever grateful for the friendships, education, sports excellence and memories. Thanks for another great moment yesterday Sam- SO PROUD OF YOU! GO CANES! 🙌🏻

Pretzel Mode. After a long travel from the west coast, my beautiful and amazing client works out all the stiffness. Mobility and strength is the fountain of youth. Great job today Galina!💪🏻❤️

Motherhood and Work.

Sometimes, they collide at the same time and, fortunately for me, I have the most amazing clients (which are really my friends and family at this point).

This day, I gave my sweet client Jean her session with a side of chunky baby thighs and giggles. From her expression, she didn’t seem to mind.

It is a blessing that all three of my kids were raised in the studio since I went back to work at month 3 or 4 with each of them. They are surrounded by loving people and learn about how important it is to keep your body healthy (and watch mommy work and help people).

On the next slide, Rinaldi Performance bands make a showing at my favorite Physical Therapy spot Jaguar Therapeutics. Thank you guys for supporting our small business!

Thank you for another opportunity to judge and referee the Winter Festival High Diving events. Although winds climbed above 50km/h all weekend, these brave divers put on a great show. Such courage! It was absolutely amazing to get to see my Diving Canada family. Merci!!

🌟 Orthopedic Physical Therapist and GYROTONIC Master Trainer Irene Rampino from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is returning to GYROTONIC Coconut Grove ! 🌟


March 11-14, 2022 Irene will be in Miami to teach Level 2 Program 1. She brings a wealth of physical therapy knowledge to her gyrotonic courses and supplements the coursework with lots of options for dealing with injured population.


This course counts as an update towards license recertification.
- 4 days (Friday to Monday)
- course fee $550
- studio fee $150

Today, my friend and teammate is officially back on her feet thanks to all of your donations.

A year ago Meaghan and Alex lost everything in a devastating home fire. We acted immediately and my husband and I were able set up a Go fund me which raised over $40,000 CAN! With this, they were able to buy their new home one year to the day of the fire.

This brings me so much joy, and is exactly what I had hoped for them. It is the proof that people have love and goodness in their hearts. This was my greatest accomplishment of 2021.

Today was another gorgeous winter day in paradise where I got to bring my daughter to visit the UM pool and dive team, which she loves. I visited my old Orthopedic surgeon Dr. Uribe (Miami’s best- love him and he remembered my surgery almost 20 years later!) and have never felt so grateful and appreciative of everything my University Of Miami experience has given me, and continues to all these years later. I was a hard-working athlete growing up, I sacrificed throughout my teenage years choosing practice over anything, and it was more than worth it.

You have changed my life for the better and I will bleed orange and green forever.
