Don’t visit the chiro… the majority of the time, adjustments only give you short term relief. Do these spine mobility exercises daily and you won’t NEED a chiro anymore.
Don’t make it complicated. Just start moving and stop ignoring the work you’re supposed to do by using expensive tools and procedures that only works in the short term
