Hay personas que están sufriendo en silencio.
No porque no necesiten ayuda…
sino porque no quieren preocupar, verse vulnerables o dar de qué hablar.
Pero esas mismas personas “fuertes”
también necesitan desahogarse, sentirse escuchadas, apoyadas, acompañadas.
Son quienes siempre están para otros,
pero a quienes más les cuesta abrirse.
Por eso, la próxima vez…
no te quedes con la primera respuesta.
Mira a los ojos.
Pregunta de nuevo.
Con intención. Con presencia.

• you’re constantly scrolling
• you’re surrounded by noise
• or you haven’t had a moment of stillness
Learning to recognize the type of tired you feel is powerful.

I decided to do this cartoon trend… but instead of just sharing “About me,” I wanted to share the UPDATED version of me.
The version I’m consciously building.
I was raised with certain beliefs and developed habits that once felt normal.
• Night owl lifestyle
• Party culture
• No love for reading
• Anxiety without coping tools
• A business degree that wasn’t aligned with my calling
Then awareness happened.
In my late 30s, I made a conscious decision:
I will not live on autopilot.
I started redesigning my identity.
I trained myself to wake up earlier.
I became intentional with my time.
I replaced distraction with growth.
I found my passion in life coaching.
I built spiritual and mental strategies to regulate anxiety.
And I am STILL becoming.
Because identity work is not a one-time decision; It’s daily alignment.
Neuroplasticity proves your brain can rewire (read about this). But rewiring requires Repetition, Discipline, Consistency.
You don’t have to stay who you were conditioned to be - You can build who you want to become!
I challenge you to sit with this question tonight:
Who do I want to become? and what must I let go of to step into this version of me?

For years, I felt overwhelmed by money, not because I didn’t earn, but because I didn’t have clarity and didn’t know how to manage it.

I had the chance to spend a beautiful day at the nursing home with my church family, listening, feeding, learning, and just being present for this lovely people (and the cutest abuelita😍).
Their stories, smiles, and life advice reminded us of what truly matters.
Just showing up meant the world to them, and honestly, it meant a lot to us too!
Grateful for the wisdom and love they poured into us 🫶🏽❤️

Surprise Trip to San Andrés Island for Our 1st Anniversary 💝
One year, countless memories, and now a getaway to the breathtaking island of San Andrés with my One Love 💓
Day 1 Highlights:
• Sunset walks along the malecón
• Island ride in our little “mula” (our love cart)
• Danced to Calipso at Cueva de Morgan
• Heard the beauty of Creole, a language born of resilience
• Swam in the clearest waters at La Piscinita
• Strolled hand in hand along San Luis Beach
• Got wind-blown (literally) at El Hoyo Soplador 🌬️
