What a year! So much to be grateful for. And I mean relationships. And trust.

Grateful to everyone who has trusted their fitness and health journey with me. And of course, for welcoming me in their homes and lives. So many wonderful anecdotes and events: babies being born, babies growing up, babies smiling at me and walking later (!), children learning and observing how to work out, couples working out together, mother and daughter, husband and wife, moms working out with me from home, some of them in pijamas 😁, clients dreading leg day 😂, clients enjoying water workouts💦, clients and I sharing our best mosquito spray, loving TRX, the most amazing Hallah bread ever, or coffee or Brazilian desert😁, meeting their sweet furry babies too, chasing one that ran to the street!… it all comes down to the fact that we are all human beings trying to live our best life💪🏼❤️. I have been blessed to witness your journey and you have enlightened my path. And this is just awesome.
