Note from the club: Rhody Rover - 7/19 Enduro update

Just an update for tech inspection: we have been getting pressure/feedback from DEM (whose land we will be using ) about the street legality of the bikes participating in our events. Specifically with the lack of license plates affixed to the rear of the bike and working head/tail lights.

In short.. If everyone participating in the enduro can please ensure their plates are attached to the rear of the bikes, NO PLATES ON BACKPACKS, AND WORKING LIGHTS.
