What everybody saw from Ant was a dominate pitcher and hitter.

What people didn’t see is his leadership….. in the dugout giving a prep talk. On the field helping his teammates, lifting them up when they need it, giving direction when asked.

Anthony was an unsung hero for us but not just because of his dominate play but because of his leadership skills, his desire to be the example and his passion and love for the game.

When your at field of dreams and you hear the crowd, the whispers….. chances are Ant is on the mound!

Let me tell you about the gentleman on the left….

That’s Mr. Young. He had no team organized baseball prior to joining Ockers Baseball. He quickly showed off his athleticism and was a rising star. He hit, catched, pitched and anything else us coaches would ask of him…..

and he did it all with a smile!

Let me tell you something about that MVP…

You can tell he has a real understanding of the defensive side of baseball. Ground balls going to him had no chance!

This player always came with a smile on his face and worked his hardest!

Big Ben! The last couple of weeks Ben started shining in practice and games. We really started to see it in practices catching pop flys and hitting his cut man and our very last game he made contact with the ball, started making big swings for us.

We’ll be keeping an eye on Ben’s little league baseball career, the ceiling is high for this one!

This player asked more out of himself than the team could. We believe in you D$!

Jack Jack would submit batters with his pitching! Batters didn’t know what to do last minute when the ball fell into the strike zone!

It was this Superstar last year in Little League! Thank you for sharing it with us!

What can we say about this player…. One of the most improved players over the season! Great Job Zack!

He had his first 2 hit game this past Friday! Great Job Logan!
