Sunday Miami Valley Challenge, Battle of the Ages 4.5+…. It was a beast of a field! Taking home 1st The Cabbage Patch Dolls; Kamie Stoner, Isidora Petkovic, Pam Patrus, and Beth Herman Akemon. There were no easy wins.
Thank you to The Pickle Lodge for hosting us with great courts, awesome staff and yummy Two Cities Pizza! Way to battle ladies!!

Second 5.0 tournament today. Missed the medal rounds by a head to head tie breaker, but beat the silver and bronze teams in pool play! Gonna keep working! New Era paddle felt great. 💪

Day 1 of pickleball/ lacrosse camp is in the books! Big thank you to our volunteers Eileen Tompkins, Dave Hiteshew, Coach Jay, Brad McNear, and Heather Baldwin (plus two teen helpers)!! The volunteers, pavilion shade, and ice water provided by MPA was essential!
We had kids from 4th-8th grade with a variety of experience, skills, and attention spans. They all learned enough basics to play some non-serving games and get some rallies going. Some girls wanted to skip lacrosse and play more pickleball.
More volunteer spots available for the next three days. Thanks for considering signing up!
