Time outside, including in the SUN without sunscreen, is good for newborns and their moms. (and dads, and people of all ages)

As early as I could today, and after our morning devotional, I got my kids to go out with me to exercise. They rode bikes, I walked fast. 😃

If you birthed a baby in the last few weeks, don’t do anything too vigorous. You need rest.

But I want to hear from you parents no matter what age your child is. For those with a child/children who are not little babies, what kind of movement do they like? I would love to read your comment.

I believe that walking is a superpower. I’ve actually heard neurologists say that. 🙂🧠

Sometimes I walk inside, up and down our stairs.

Certain soft drinks and bottled (heated) carrot juice may contain carcinogenic levels above safety standards.
