Charlene Allen is the Founder and CEO of Opulent Management Services. Allen has over 32 years of Information Technology and corporate experience working for a Fortune 100 company. Allen’s experience ranges from Organizational Management, Business Process, Business Development, Project Coordination, Corporate Communication, Entrepreneurship, Real Estate Management and Strategic Advisement. Charlene Allen is a graduate of Montclair State University with an undergraduate degree in Sociology and an M.A. in Child Advocacy and Policy.
