CREATINE will not work the same for everyone! If its not working for you, its not right for your body!!!

I will never take creatine ever. BUT I will recommend to clients that could benefit from using it.

Listen to your own body. Just like HRT will no be for every womam. Menopause is not one size fits all and very specific to you.
