We are incredibly proud to recognize Mrs. Tiandra Canty for her outstanding commitment to her students, her craft, and our school community.

Driven by a deep passion for service, Mrs. Canty is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She has a natural ability to connect with students and foster a genuine love for learning. In her classroom, students are encouraged to explore through hands-on experiences, engage in critical thinking, and express themselves with confidence. Whether in the classroom, on the field, or out in the community, she is known for her compassion, dedication, and her willingness to go the extra mile.

For the past eight years, she has brought this same energy and heart to her science classes and to the track as a coach for cross country and track and field. She finds joy in empowering her students to grow not only academically, but personally — and it shows in everything she does. 💡👟

Just like that the 2024 track season is over. 2 individual medal winners. Senior Kyle Levester finished 4th in the high jump, Freshman Toni Adams finished 7th in triple jump. Girls 4x2 (Alonie Adams, Nakayla Lundy, Toni Adams, and Aveecia Sherman) finished fourth. Boys 4x1(ET Taylor, Jerrick Carswell, Justin Burton, and Z’Kwon Dyous) finshed fourth. We are excited to see what the future holds for the next few years, with only one senior we are looking forward to continuing our winning ways.

The Baldwin High School track and field team hosted the 2025 GHSA Region 4 AAA championships last week. The Bravettes finished third and the Braves finished fourth. The top four competitors in each event qualified to compete at the GHSA State Sectional meet this Saturday May 3 in Jefferson , GA. Kyle Levester,Zuri Grant, Toni Adams, the Braves 4 x 800 meter relay team, and the Bravettes 4 x 200 meter relay team won region championships. Alonie Adms finished second in the girls high jump and 100 meter dash. Aveecia Sherman finished second in the 200 meter dash.The following student athletes will represent Baldwin High School at Saturday's meet.
