Our physical fitness, strength and conditioning program is unparalleled. Fatigue makes cowards of us all and we take a great deal of pride in being the most physically fit and aggressive teams on the field at all times. We employ a "We...Not Me..." philosophy that encourages self-discipline and teamwork in order to achieve success.
