The Martial Arts Marketing Network was founded by Chan Lee and Allen Oelschlaeger early in 2007 and officially launched at the July, 2007 Martial Arts SuperShow in Las Vegas, NV. Chan Lee is a martial arts school owner in Milwaukee, WI (5 locations, over 1500 students) and a marketing consultant to the martial arts industry where he specializes in "Educational Marketing" where the emphasis is on demonstrating expertise rather than trying to advertise expertise. Chan is passionate about working with school owners to help them grow their business and increase the popularity of martial arts in their local communities. Allen Oelschlaeger is a Marketing Professor and the founder of eLocalBiz Marketing, a marketing and technology firm that works solely with local businesses. Al's passion is in helping local business owners become the recognized authority in their niche (turning experts into Big Shots). As the co-founder of the Martial Arts Marketing Network, he works with Chan in helping martial arts school owners become their community's "Big Shot" in child development.
