Design with practice in mind, cuz change doesn't happen open night. What started as an exercise in design has now become a personal mantra for me.

There are so many things in my life I want to improve upon or maintain. Through Practice Daily, I get to remind myself to adventure more, keep hustling, be kinder, have courage and more, all designed within specific constraints. I'm not here to preach, but I am here for high fives if one or a few of these align with your own personal journey.
