The Milwaukee Boat Club celebrated it's 50th anniversary in 2007 and has 85 members.
We enjoy boating and have many social events all year such as water and land cruises, theme parties, annual picnic and Commodores Ball, and membership meetings. Milwaukee Boat Club's Winter Excursion on February 23rd was a trip to the Milwaukee Public Museum to see the Pirates Exhibit and then on to Chudnow's Museum of Yesteryear...Final Stop Dinner At South Shore Yacht Club for Prime Rib! It was a nice day...Pirates Exhibit was interesting but really liked Chudnow's Museum (839 N. 11th St., Milw) builit in 1869 and was refurbished. Experience Milwaukee between the World Wars; it'd be worth a visit.
