⭐️Due to AC issues, the Group Fitness room is CLOSED tonight, 7/27, and tomorrow, Friday, 7/28 = NO CLASSES.

>>> All Cycle, STUDIO RED, STUDIO FLOW, and Aqua classes will remain and run the same.

To start this beautiful Friday off we have Rachel. She is coming up on her 14th year with us!
She teaches Zumba on Mondays at 9:15am and Wednesday at 6:30pm. Rachel brings so much energy to all of her classes. She's taught and created Zumba classes for years.

Rachel's word is "Inspire"
