I'm 2 weeks in to my 12 week program. Last year I had great results but felt I lost a bit of muscle. So I've made some changes to my macros. Hoping to keep a bit more size and shed this top layer even if it doesn't come off as rapidly.

While sticking to healthy habits you can find yourself spending a lot of time alone. Which isn't always healthy in its own right.. Remember to make time for friends and family.. As for my Sunday prep on the grill.

2.5lbs of chicken, 2.5lbs of steak 1 green bell pepper, 1 orange bell pepper. Took about 40 mins time where I also started my steel cut oats as well as my brown rice in the down time.

Good morning..Use your Sunday wisely

Today's morning smoothie: Handful of kale. 4 full frozen strawberries. 1 scoop vanilla whey protein. 1 cup plain Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup of water. blend it all up.... You're welcome.

Sunday meal prep: I stay simple. Chicken & sweet potato, ground turkey with veggies & rice. Egg whites & spinach, tuna packets incase I need something quick. Early morning protein smoothie and post workout shake.. All measured to fit my macros. Want to know more, or need help, just ask.
