Congratulations on 9 weeks of showing up, trusting the process, and believing in your progress—even on the days when it wasn’t easy. 💪🏼

Every time you show up, you’re adding another hour toward your goal. One workout at a time, one day at a time, you are building a stronger version of yourself.

I am SO proud of you and honestly amazed at how much you have changed in just 9 weeks! 🥹❤️ Your hard work, consistency, and dedication are showing, and YOU should be incredibly proud of yourself.

This is what happens when you trust the process and keep showing up.

Putting yourself first is hard. Mom guilt kicks in, wife duties sometimes have to wait, and you may feel selfish—but then you realize you’re happier, stronger, and more fulfilled. ❤️

And when your cup is full, you have so much more to give.

Set the goal. Set the deadline. WRITE IT DOWN. ✍🏼🔥

Track your workouts, keep a food journal, take your progress pictures, and celebrate every little win. You can’t always see the progress day to day, but when you look back, you’ll realize just how far you’ve come.

And please—give yourself some grace. ❤️

We are human. We are moms, wives, partners, women with busy lives, responsibilities, bad days, and a million things pulling us in different directions.

You don’t have to be perfect. You just have to keep showing up.

Progress over perfection. Consistency over excuses. Grace over guilt.

To every single person who showed up this weekend—you proved that everything is DOABLE. It might be hard, it might make you question your life choices, and you might walk away wondering why you paid me to do this to you… but it’s doable! 😂💪🏼
