Hello Community! I am holding a Sound Healing on Valentine’s Day (Tuesday 2/14)❤️

We will begin the evening with breathwork and guided meditation as a group. Then, lead into a full hour of healing vibrations created by singing bowls and chimes. Come relax and soothe your nervous system in community. Bring a friend, family member or lover!

The Sound Healing is from 7:30-9:00 PM and a box of delicious locally made Himalayan chocolates is included in your ticket price.

It will be held at 612 Yoga in Northeast Minneapolis! Message me if you have trouble finding the address.

Valentine's Sound Healing + Himalayan Chocolate | 612 Yoga Share a 90 minute sound journey on the evening of Valentine's Day, February 14th. The sound healing will begin with breathwork + guided meditation to calm the mind. We will then journey into a full hour of healing vibrations created by quartz crystal and Tibetan brass singing bowls.
