Congratulations to our Mile To Marathon's Carrie Gahr on her race at this morning's Maple Grove Triathlon .

Carrie competed in the Olympic Distance and wound up as the 2nd place woman in her Age Group.

Great job Carrie and all the triathletes competing this morning.

And in Nashville TN this morning our Mile To Marathon's Margaret Ludick ran the Tomato Art Fest 5k.

Margaret was 2nd female overall in her 1st road 5k in a while, so great job gearing up for her goal race this fall.

Congratulations to our Mile To Marathon's, Daria Devko on her new PR at this morning's Run Stillwater 5k .

Daria ran a smart race finishing in 30:37 and 6th in her Age Group.

What a great morning it was here in the cities for our Mile To Marathon runners.

We started off the day with one of the teams favorite strength workout, the High Bridge repeats.

It's always a great workout, and it was awesome having Val show up for her 1st official team workout since moving to the cities, and watching our MTM coached HS'er, Kahlen crush this workout, but it was also sad as our Chris D will be moving his family out of town...we'll miss your stories. Missing from the picture is Shukriya Hassan.

I'm officially adding this "race" to our Mile To Marathon's 2027 calendar.

Congratulations to our Mile To Marathon's Margaret Ludick (Nashville TN based) on her race at this morning's Nashville Running Company's Bowie 6 miler trail race.

Margaret was the overall winner of this year's race 🎉💚💜

I believe this was Margaret's 1st trail race since moving to Nashville...looks like she picked up right where she left off here in the Twin Cities.
