🗣️ Michael Ballack🇩🇪: "English media has zero rights to talk about Germany bad form. At least Italian media are welcomed because we share something in common in our cabinets with them. England has been in bad form since 1967 after winning Germany by default in the world cup final in 1966, my family wasn't even planning to have me yet. I never saw them winning since I was born.

Frank Leboeuf: “We saw at the last minute, 30 seconds before they conceded the second goal, Jackson going out and Badiashile coming on, and I said: ‘Well, he [Pochettino] is so scared about not keeping the result that he will follow what Wilder is doing.’

When you are Chelsea, you have to counter-attack and put attackers [on]. Try to score the third goal, don’t try to save the 2-1, and I say: ‘Well, that’s Chelsea right now.’ So what do you expect from a club who have to put a defender [on] to save a 2-1 lead against the last of the league? That says a lot for me.”

📩🚩 Feyenoord captain Orkun Kokcu has decided not to wear the rainbow armband for his side’s Eredivisie match against AZ Alkmaar on Sunday afternoon.

The Turkey international explained the issue, “I have decided not to wear the rainbow captain's armband this round.

“I think it's important to emphasize that I respect everyone regardless of religion, background, or preference. I believe that everyone is free to do what they want or feel. I fully understand the importance of this action, but because of my religious beliefs, I don't feel the right person supports this.

“That's why I don't feel comfortable wearing this captain's armband. I can imagine some people are disappointed with this. That is not my intention, although I realize that I may not immediately be able to take away that feeling with these words. But I hope that my choice for religious reasons will also be respected.”

What Tino Livramento and Thomas Tuchel have said about Chelsea transfer amid buy-back clause.

LIVRAMENTO "Maybe one day, but I'm just enjoying my football at the moment at Southampton, that's where my head's at right now," Livramento said ahead of the last meeting between the clubs in October. "[I am] Just trying to pick up as many points as possible and improving individually.

Tino Livramento has impressed this season for Southampton since leaving Chelsea, although the Blues do have a buy-back option as part of the deal agreed last summer

"Yes of course he was highly rated," Tuchel said of Livramento back in October ahead of the sides' first meeting. "We did everything to keep him here, to show him his future and his possibilities to compete for a position in our team.

"He decided to go, that was his decision and you sometimes have to accept. There are not hard feelings because we can show him possibilities and then it is on the player. He was of course competing with Reece James and Cesar Azpilicueta on the right wing-back position.

"I think it was an ideal position to fight because the group wasn’t too big. There was a big chance for him to make it all the way. He decided to go and it’s fair enough, we wish him all the best. We saw the potential, he decided to go another way and fight for a place at Southampton.

Tino Livramento is set to come up against his former club Chelsea once again tomorrow (Saturday) as the Blues visit St Mary's to face Southampton.
