Let’s dispel some common doubts about leadership!
Spoiler alert:
• You don’t have to be a captain to lead.
• You don’t have to have all the answers.
• You don’t have to be the most experienced.
• And you don’t *have to* be loud (though you certainly can be!).
Anyone on the team can learn to lead confidently in their own way - the way you lead might not be the way your teammate does, and that’s OK. Recognizing those differences and what everyone brings to the table will make your team even stronger.
