Our vision is to create a nationally recognized, unique public park experience for everyone in Minneapolis.

Our goal is to bring together people of different ages and socioeconomic backgrounds to use and maintain a public clay court.

Good things coming soon! Three banks of tennis courts, along Minnehaha Parkway near the intersections of 30th, 32nd, and 34th Avenues South, are being removed this spring. These courts are in very poor condition and will be transformed into a pollinator lawn, new clay tennis courts, and a bike skills course, as envisioned the long-term plan for Minnehaha Parkway Regional Trail.

At 32nd Avenue, we're partnering with Minneapolis Community Clay Courts to fundraise for and build clay tennis courts. We partnered with Minneapolis Community Clay Courts to open the park system's first clay courts at Waveland Triangle in 2021.

Thank you so much to all who came to the Cocktails for Clay party! What a wonderful time! More than 75 people were there and we raised more than $5,600! That is truly amazing!

As you heard from Zeny McCoy and David Fishbaine from the USTA Northern Section, the USTA Northern has awarded us another $10,000 challenge grant. This is unprecedented.

In order to match that grant, we need to raise an additional $4,400 dollars. If you are able, please consider contributing to help us meet that goal by going to https://www.letsplayclay.org/Donate.

Also, opportunity to bid on the tickets for the US Open Presidential Suite is still available. The USTA National office is ONLY allowing us to make these tickets available for this fundraising event, so act now to take advantage of this once-in-a-lifetime experience.

Donate now so we can all play on clay by August 1, 2020.

Thank you so much for all of your support!
