Here at Vital Fitness we have three different workout tracks for you to choose from: Move, Work, and Train. Same workout with different intensity or skill. If you’re new to fitness, maybe you do the Move track. If you’re working on mastering a skill maybe you do the Move track. If you don’t have game, but really just feel like you need to “move” do the move track. Sometimes a little something is better than nothing.
A recovery workout can get your blood flowing, help with muscle soreness, help you maintain consistency, and will definitely make you feel better than you did when you walked in.
You don’t need to win every workout to see progress.
If your gym doesn’t have a Move option, ask the coach for a scaled down version of the workout.

Strength days will get you out of breath, but we’re training force production. For production will elevate your heart rate. These are shorter more intermittent efforts. Cardio days are more sustained efforts. We’re training capacity and endurance. Both are good for you!

💪🏻🏋️♀️This is Maia! Maia’s training with us almost two years and she’s made the most incredible gains! It’s been so fun to watch! Seriously! She had never deadlifted, back squatted, push pressed…none of it. Now she does all of it and she does it well.
