Small business peeps in the USA (YES, this also means you, horse people!) — if you own a small business, you almost certainly need to file a business ownership information reporting form in 2024. It takes about 5 minutes if you have your EIN and driver’s license handy. Deadline is Jan. 1, 2025, and penalties can be $500/day if you don’t. Do it now while the weather is bad so you don’t forget. It’s a one time only thing unless you change the ownership of your business, which requires an update.

This is designed to limit money laundering through shell corporations, so all in all, a good thing.

Having hosted last year as well, I can attest the bargains will be such you can’t resist! But food, beverages and a good time with other horse people will be had by all.

$10 a regular picnic table with adjacent area, and likely more space. Space size depends on participants, arena is 144x78 and can accommodate many. Setup -0 am, sale from 11-3.
