Every new product comes with its own challenges, and unfortunately, you have to design for the lowest common denominator.

I’ve been running this XShear Heavy Duty Trauma Shear hears holder on my radio strap for testing and it’s been flawless. Then someone checked it out, put the shears in the wrong way, and stretched the holder enough that it lost reliable retention.

Frustrating? Yep. But honestly, I’m glad it happened now.

S**t happens. Products get used wrong, abused, and pushed beyond how we intended them to be used. If we’re going to sell it, we need to account for that.
