Still been hitting the gym...
3x a week has been all I have had time for.
The goal:
🔥Be 1% better tomorrow
By either:
💋Getting more sleep (go to bed earlier)
💋Hitting the gym 1 more time this week
💋Doing a little more at the gym & Doing cardio
💋Eating a little bit cleaner
💋Hitting my macros
💋Getting exercise outside (like walking)

Sometimes you just need to start saying ‘f*ck it’ and put yourself out there more often.

Because the more you play it small and the more you shrink yourself because of other people’s opinions of your life and who you are… the more those opportunities, your goals and dreams will just pass you by!!

STOP living by a standard of norm that people boxed you into!

It’s about embracing vulnerability and showing up as the girl you want to be!! 💜💜

1️⃣ Firstly, understand yes its hard, you may feel scared or vulnerable at times. It’s normal.
However you have to break free at some point.

You have to step outside your comfort zone.
Take off the shield that is stopping you from chasing your goals and dreams.
