Father in Fitness

My name is Tim Tepp and & am a father of an amazing almost 4 year old girl. I love fitness & motivating my daughter to get fit.

I am 27 years old, been working out the last 2 years, and just got serious about my fitness over the past year. I have lost well around 100 pounds in my journey to keeping fit. I love working out and motivating my daughter to being all around healthy.
