Do I need to bring a mat or towel?
Nope—don’t stress it. You can rent both when you get here.
Do I need weights or blocks?
We’ve got everything you’ll need onsite depending on the class.
Should I bring water?
Yes—hydration is key 💧
Our hot room brings the heat and humidity, so come ready to sweat.
Can I just drop in?
You can, but we always recommend reaching out ahead of time to secure your spot.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. Even better—we offer a referral rate for first-timers 😉
What should I wear?
Light, breathable, sweat-friendly gear—you will get a good sweat in.
Is it beginner friendly?
100%. All levels are welcome—just move at your own pace and take breaks when you need.
How early should I arrive?
Plan to get here 10–15 minutes early, especially for your first class.

In Hot Yoga (Bikram Yoga), the room is heated to 105°F with added humidity to mimic the climate of India 🇮🇳. That temperature isn’t random — it’s intentionally designed to help your body warm up faster, increase circulation, and loosen muscles so you can stretch deeper and move more safely. It reflects the conditions where the practice was originally developed, supporting flexibility and making it easier to stay in each posture as your body adjusts to the heat.
Even better: every Bikram Yoga class follows the exact same 26-posture sequence in the same order, every time, anywhere in the world — so the structure never changes, only your experience in it does.
