How you make your Monday, is how you create your week.

Y’all please don’t ever give up.

No matter how hard it gets, please don’t stop.

I started my coaching journey in August..

and let me tell you how many times I thought about going back to a regular job.

Let me tell you how many days I seen all my friends who were coaches get clients, so seamlessly it seemed..

The feeling like I was doing something wrong.
Or maybe not good enough?

But I learned. None of my thoughts were true. None of them!

That was fear, fear trying to take me back to the comfort zone I was so used to.

The fears telling me I wasn’t going to be profitable, I wasn’t going to help anyone, or get clients.

Fear tried to so hard to stop.. and some days it did overcome.

But it never stopped me.

As I’ve grown as an entrepreneur, I’ve learned so much. I’ve failed and observed to be better. It’s already been a roller coaster ride.

But I never gave up, even when I wanted to.

I got worked up and I worked harder!!
I was not goin back to any job.

I made this decision to start a coaching business, and I wasn’t going to waste any of the time, money, or energy I’ve put in.

I called people I knew when I needed help, I did my own research in the Middle of conversations!!! I went to seminars, webinars, practice coaching sessions. Hired my own personal coach, and business coach.
I did every single thing I could.

I struggled. But I tried.

You see, giving up only happens when you don’t show up.

I showed up, I showed out.
Now I am blessed to show my clients just how to do the same.

WOW. WOW. WOW.

Seeing my hard work pay off motivates me so much to push my clients for greatness.

I promise if you work with me, I won’t let you give up.
There’s to much to lose.



No matter how hard your walk of life is, continue to walk the line.

You never know what tomorrow will bring.

I’ll leave with this.

If you're working with a coach, you should be expecting 4 things:

1. Encouragement and a belief system, your coach should be finding the skills your good at and encouraging you to succeed
2. Discomfort, your coach will push you to new limits and having the hard conversations needed will only help get you to your destination
3. An example of what success looks like, your coach should have what you want!
4. Accountability, your coach will hold you accountable for your progress and challenges, while developing a support system

Stay dedicated, and educated. Know what you deserve!
