I will coach a 3 month program, organized under USATF club, in Mobile, AL. We have 3 practices a week, starting the first week of May. We will have at least 3 competitions organized. We are training at the Japonica campus of St. Luke school in Mobile,AL. Tuesday 530-7, Thursday 530-7 and Saturday 10-2. Come and experience this unique opportunity to learn from an Olympian and former NCAA RECORD HOLDER..

We had a blast Saturday at the Olympic Throwing Clinic in Covington. We had a good turnout and had fun throwing things far!!! Special thanks to Paul Bowman to make it happen and give so much to throwing!!! There are talented throwers down here in Louisiana and had the privilege to work with them. Will post more pictures and videos soon...stay tuned!
