My God shall supply all of our needs according to His riches in Glory by Christ Jesus. The Lord says when I was in prison you visited me. These pictures represent some of the people who answered the call to serve the Lord on the Christmas Day of Distribution at the Mobile County Metro Jail. We thank God for all of the people who donated money, brought hygiene items to the Jail and especially the Churches who supported us in this endeavor. We thank Sheriff Sam Cochran, Warden Trey Oliver, Deputy Warden Sam Houston and all of the Jail Staff.

Good Morning, this pass week was a good week in the Mobile Metro Jail Chaplain,s Office. We had our volunteers to minister to the men and women here in Metro Jail. We would like to congratulate the men who completed their Fatherhood Initiative classes and received their certificates. The classes are being sponsored by the Mobile County Health Department and taught by Mr. Curtis Graves, Mr. John Dixon. The Curriculum title was Inside Out Dad, Mr. Graves believes that those indivuals who received their certificates must put in the work, with due dillengence and par- excellence. We would like to thank the Jail staff for their help in getting the men to their classes for those six weeks. We hope that the community will pray for us and support the work that the Lord allow us to do here at the Jail. May God Bless us and Keep us all, AMEN.

This is the day that the Lord has made and we shall rejoice and be glad in it. On this day the Chapel office staff, the jail staff, the Neighbor Center staff and a host of others said good by to Stephanie Magniglia. Stephanie has completed her one year assignment as a Jesuit volunteer with MAIC. She helped out at the jail doing whatever we ask of her in the Chapel office. She will be enrolling at Loyola University Chicago to begin her studies for a Master Degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice. May the Lord bless you and keep you Stephanie Magniglia, you and your family.

God knows what things we have need of. These GED graduates have taken advantage of their time, by getting their GED while in Metro Jail. We thank God for their success academically and pray that they succeed Spiritually , that their whole life might be full in Christ Jesus.
