For the 3rd week in a row the boys bring home the 2D 12U Open Championship. In what seems to be a weekly loop from a team that never gives up they came back again late to win the Championship game. Down 10-7 in the bottom of the last inning Freddie Nelson hit a 3 run HR to tie the game and Branson Jones later hit an 0-2 2 out fastball up the middle to win the game 11-10. This is our 5th tourney win this season. Alex Self won MVP with 3HRs and 9 RBIs this weekend. We had 9 more HRs with Logan Garcia, James Stechmann, Nathan Walley also with HRs. Nathan Walley also had 2 W on the mound.

The boys came through in the clutch over and over this weekend winning the Daphne 2D NiT Championship Gold Bracket. We were down 4 runs with two outs in our 1st game today and scored 4 with 2 outs in the 5th to tie the game and then beat Hotbox 8-7 in extra innings. Down 2 runs with 2 outs in the last inning verses Legends baseball we came back to win 6-5 in the Semi finals. In the Championship game we beat the New Orleans Naturals 10-7.
